Our Beneficiaries
Who We Help
Youth and Adolescents
Ages 10-24 are our primary focus, the majority of Zambia's population, and the group with the least access to mental health care.
Schools and Universities
Most Zambian schools lack a trained counsellor or a mental health policy. We train staff, run awareness sessions and build peer support structures on campus.
Communities at Risk
Poverty, unemployment, gender-based violence and a lack of social support are major drivers of poor mental health. We bring our programmes into these spaces alongside community leaders and caregivers.
Individuals Experiencing Emotional Distress
Anyone in crisis, grief, or trauma can reach us. Our peer listeners and referral pathways are the first point of contact for individuals who need someone to talk to right now.
